Start-up / trial run
Centre stop installed in the bench top.
Fasten the centre stop at the side using screws

Setting Centr stop
Adjusting setting template (as illustrated)
Fitting continuation stops into holes
Setting centre stop (Turn tilt stops against metal plate,
tilt stops are set at 10 mm spacing).

Continuation stops

The continuation stops (assembly) are pre-mounted.
Positioning the continuation stops.
Attach continuation stops 1 together with drum stops
2 .
For machine no. 9 131 498 and 9 131 499
Move the drum stops to fit up against the side of
continuation stops.
Feed sliding blocks into the rail and join both

components together using screws 4 on the base frame.
Note on installation:
Fit drum stops and continuation stops flush with foot
profile.
On machine no. 9 132 099 the drum stops and
continuation stops are pre-mounted and do not need
attaching. Carry out trial drillings to check settings,
correcting them if necessary.

Precision-adjusting the continuation stops
Using setting gauge , adjust the continuation stops on

both sides of the machine for a perfect fit.
Two holes are provided for exact positioning.

On the front of the machine, slide the setting gauge
against columns .

Check position of marking pins .

Marking pins 8 must fit exactly into holes 6 on the
setting gauge.
Repeat the setting process if necessary.
Note:
Accurate settings will give you good
quality.
