5.4 Manual Cleaning of the Tubular Shaft
CAUTION
Risk of injury from flushing water solution!
There is the risk of splashes while flushing the tubular shaft using the flushing adapter!
Perform flushing process carefully.

To ensure thorough and reliable internal
•
cleaning of the tubular shaft (1), put the
provided flushing adapter (2) on the tubular
shaft until it snaps into place.
Pulse-flush the tubular shaft for 10 s via the
•
two accesses (4) of the flushing adapter
using the water jet gun.
Ultrasonic cleaning
•
— e.g. using neodisher
working solution 0.5% at max. 40°C
(104°F) for 5 min.
Thoroughly clean tubular shaft through the
•
two accesses (4) of the flushing adapter
using the water gun.
Check the jaw part for cleanliness
•
— Repeat the cleaning process if required
After cleaning, release the flushing
•
adapter (2) by pressing the red unlock
pushbutton (3) and remove it.
