Tools which have been opened by anyone else than Atlas Copco Industrial
Technique AB, will not be serviced.
Calibration and preventive maintenance is recommended at regular intervals
once per year or after maximum 1.000.000 tightenings depending on which oc-
curs sooner.
More frequent overhaul may be needed if the machine is used in heavy-duty op-
erations.
If the machine is not working properly, it should immediately be taken away for
inspection.

The controller can show the following messages on the status bar of the display:
Angle exceeded
Angle not reached
Batch OK
Bit slip detected
Cancel

Error in step n
Global time exceeded
Global time not reached
Hold angle exceeded

Max torque exceeded

Seating angle exceeded
Seating torque exceeded

The defined Max. Angle for the step has been ex-
ceeded.
The defined Min. Angle for the step has not been
reached.
Batch completed.
The bit slips from the joint after the torque has
reached 70% of the target torque (if Bit slip detection
is set to On)..
Tightening cancelled.
System is disabled.
A process error in step n has occurred as described in
the following line.
The defined Max. process time for the entire tighten-
ing process has been exceeded.
The defined Min. process time for the entire tighten-
ing process has not been reached.
The hold angle exceeded the value specified in Max
hold angle.
PSet select source is set to IO.
Total step torque is greater than Max. allowed
torque.
Tightening completed successfully.
Tightening process step n active.
If Final tightening method is Angle:
Seating angle is exceeded by 5% or more.
If Final tightening method is Torque:
Seating angle exceeded Seating angle supervision.
Seating torque is greater than Max. torque (shown
only if Final tightening method is Torque).
