5.2.3 Offset
This parameter enables the parameter "Offset value", see chapter 5.2.4. If the offset is
not used, it should be disabled to suppress interference.

5.2.4 Offset value
The parameter defines measuring start value of the measuring system. This function
must be activated by the parameter "Offset" (chapter 5.2.3). A value different of "0"
causes a zero shift and it results a negative or positive offset. If a negative origin was
defined, in the section "SSI" the type of representation (Value + Sign or
Complement) for the negative values must be specified.

Risk of injury and damage to property by an actual value jump when the
Preset adjustment function is performed!
The offset function should only be performed when the measuring system
is at rest, otherwise the resulting actual value jump must be permitted in
the program and application!
The offset function and the preset adjustment function (chapter 5.1.4)
influence each other and must not be used at the same time.
