Solution

Check main fuse, cables and
connectors
 Check mains voltage
 Check mains voltage
 Connect water-cooling unit
 Replace torch (gas-cooled)
 for water cooling unit 1400 or other
water-cooling unit, set special
parameter SP3 to 0 (see chapter
3.13.3)
 Remove TIG torch
 Switch to TIG operation
 Switch off power source immediately
 Check whether the CAN connection
cable in plugged in
 Check the level of the coolant
 Check the connections of the water-
cooled torch
 Lift the interruptions in the coolant
circulation
 Bleed the coolant circulation system
 Check pump
 Check whether the CAN connection
cable in plugged in
 Connect water-cooling unit
 Allow the water-cooling unit to cool
down
 Refill coolant
 Use smaller torch – hose package or
smaller earth cable
 Use other torch type
