Loading and saving programs

Loading and saving the 100 programs is carried out using the press button for
programs [31]. The programs can be saved under a freely selectable number and
then loaded. For each program, the values for all setting options that the machine
offers are saved/loaded.
Thus, once device settings have been determined for a re-occurring welding
task, they can be recalled on the welding machine within seconds. This saves
time and ensures constant quality.
The individual basic settings of the welding unit, for example, starting and end
crater current, ignition energy, etc can be saved separately and quickly recalled
for each of the different people who use that machine.
The special feature offered by the INVERTIG.PRO COMPACT welding unit is the
fast saving and loading of 2 programs, P1 and P2 [30].

3.10.1 Quick setting P1 and P2 (Quick Choice buttons)

The press buttons P1 and P2 [30] enable the user to quickly load and save two
programs.
To load program 1 or 2, press the press button P1 or P2 briefly. The selected
press button lights up.
To save the machine settings that have been made, press and hold the button
P1 or P2 [30] for approximately 2 seconds. When saving the values, the digital
display [26] will go out for 0.5 seconds. The selected push button lights up and
the program is now saved to this push button.
The programs P1 and P2 can also be called up using the Up/Down torch (see
Chapter 3.13, Special parameters).
