10.1 Quick Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not seem to work properly, read the instructions again and then
check the following table.
Problem
The cap of the powder con-
tainer doesn't unscrew
Powder leak through the
powder container cap
Possible Cause
starjet is connected to the
turbine and the powder
container is pressurised even
if the pedal isn't pressed
Cap not correctly tightened
Cap seal not properly posi-
tioned in its seat or worn
Powder residue in the thread
TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Disconnect the polisher noz-
zle from starjet to depressur-
ise the internal circuit.
If the problem persists, free
the channel of the polisher
nozzle of any powder residue
using the cleaning needle
(read Chapter 6.5.1.2 on
page 26 )
Screw the cap correctly
Check the position of the cap
seal, or replace it if worn
Blow compressed air onto
the thread of the powder
container (read Chapter 5.3
on page 17 )
