6.4 Daily Decontamination of the Dental Unit Water
Circuit
This procedure must be carried out:
• at the start of the day;
• after each patient;
• at the end of the day, before stowing the
device.
To prevent the spread of bacteria in the wa-
ter circuit of the dental unit to which starjet is
connected, fill the dental unit water circuit
tank with a chlorine dioxide solution at 0.1%
to treat the dental unit lines, diluted with tap
water at a ratio of at least 1:10 (as per the
manufacturer's instructions

6.5 Cleaning the Sterilisable Accessories
The sterilisable parts of the appliance are:
