CLEANING, DISINFECTION AND STERILISATION
6.1 Preparation
Disconnect the starjet device from the
turbine of the dental unit;
If the PERIO Polisher nozzle was used,
remove the single-use SUBGINGIVAL
PERIO TIP using the supplied K9 wrench
and proceed with disposal (
page 40
);
NOTE: Insert the K9 wrench exactly in
the position shown in the figure.
Grab starjet, slide the ring down and hold
it in this position, extract the nozzle, then
release the ring of the starjet;
Empty the powder container of the starjet
device following the instructions provid-
