WARRANTY

Before being marketed, all MECTRON appli-
ances, are subjected to a thorough final check
that verifies the full functionality.
MECTRON warrants its products, purchased
new from a MECTRON dealer or importer,
against defects in material and workmanship
for a period of 1 (ONE) YEAR from the date
of purchase.
During the warranty period, MECTRON under-
takes to repair (or, at its discretion, to replace)
the parts of products free of charge, which,
according to its judgement, are proven to be
defective.
Full replacement of MECTRON products is not
covered by the warranty.
MECTRON disclaims all liability for direct or
indirect damage to persons or property, in the
following cases:
• The appliance is not used in accordance
with the intended use.
• The appliance is not used in
accordance with all the instructions and
requirements described in this manual.
• Assembly operations, extensions,
re-adjustments, modifications,
replacements and repairs are carried out
by personnel not authorised by Mectron
or in breach of what is provided in this
manual also in regard to the origin of
the authorised material;
• The environmental conditions for
preservation and storage of the device
are not complying with the requirements
indicated in Chapter 9 on page 40
• The installation or transport of the
appliance is not performed as specified
in this manual or in other documentation
provided by MECTRON, or in any case
available on the website of the latter;
• The appliance or component thereof is
purchased from a subject not authorised
by MECTRON;
• The appliance, including its
subcomponents, parts or assemblies, are
altered or modified with respect to the
indications in this manual;
• Accidents, misuse, abuse, abnormal use,
negligent use, intentional misconduct
or use exceeding the allowed and
recommended limits of the appliance,
or in case of its normal wear or
deterioration;
• If the defect or non-conformity
has not been promptly and readily
communicated in writing to MECTRON
as set out in this manual;
• If the damage, costs or expenses are
caused by events of force majeure.
In any case, MECTRON will not recognise in-
demnity or compensation for loss of use, in-
convenience, loss of profits, loss of business,
loss of business opportunities, damage to
reputation, and any incidental or consequen-
tial damages arising out of or relating to the
appliance.
