8.3 Starting up the Pressure Zone

The pumps start automatically 5 seconds after the supply
voltage is connected.
If the solution is delivered with iGRID Cloud, the setpoint
must be set in the iGRID Portal before starting any pump.
1. Make sure that the main valves are open.
2. Connect the mains supply voltage to the main pump or pumps
and the drainage pump.
3. Adjust the setpoint to the desired operating pressure via the
operating panel of the pump or via Grundfos GO Remote.

4. Check the operating panel for any alarms and warnings.

8.4 Starting up the Temperature Zone

The pumps start automatically 5 seconds after the supply
voltage is connected.
If the solution is delivered with iGRID Cloud, the setpoint
must be set in the iGRID Portal before starting any pump.
1. Make sure that the main valves are open.
2. Connect the mains supply voltage to the main pump or pumps
and to the drainage pump.
3. Adjust the setpoint to the desired operating temperature via the
operating panel of the pump or via Grundfos GO Remote.

8.5 Completing installation work at the solution

• Make sure that the cover is properly closed. Check and remove
foreign bodies, if any.
• The cover and the locking device must be operated by the same
person.
• The cover and the locking device must only be used when no
persons are in the pit.

9. Servicing the solution

Check the pump or pumps and the drainage pump
for functionality and tightness.
We recommend that the pump or pumps and the drainage
pump are checked at least once a year.

Disconnect the mains supply in the event of
steam releasedue to a leak.

Open the drain valves slowly to release pressure when
draining the pump or pumps.

Make sure that the system has been cooled down
when working on uninsulated pipe sections or similar.

Make sure that the system is drained slowly.
‐
Use only the ladder and the pit floor when you use the
pit.

Close the main valves before carrying out any work on
hydraulic parts. Make sure that the main valves are in
a completely closed position and that the lock is
engaged.

flooded. Lock the supply disconnecting device to avoid

Make sure that any control panels and internal pipe
installations are connected to earth.
