Rimontaggio carena destra
Applicare lubrificante per gomma sui n.2 gommini antivibranti (D4),
sul gommino antivibrante (L2) e sul piolo (J2).
Montare la carena destra (E) inserendo nell'ordine:
- il perno posteriore (E2) nel gommino antivibrante (L2);
- i n.2 perni anteriori (E3) nei n.2 gommini antivibranti (D4);
- il piolo (J2) nel gommino antivibrante (E10).
Impuntare la vite (E7) di fissaggio alla staffa laterale sostegno
carena.
Serrare la vite (E7) alla coppia indicata.
Introdurre il distanziale con collare (E6) sulla vite (E5), orientandolo
come mostrato in figura e impuntare la vite (E5) di fissaggio alla
staffa inferiore di sostegno carena.
Serrare la vite (E5) alla coppia indicata.
Impuntare le n.2 viti (E9) di fissaggio anteriore al cupolino e al
gruppo radiatori.
Serrare le n.2 viti (E9) alla coppia indicata.
Inserire le n.2 rosette in nylon (E4) sulle n.2 viti (E8).
Impuntare le n.2 viti (E8) di fissaggio al cupolino.
Serrare le n.2 viti (E8) alla coppia indicata.

Refitting the RH fairing
Apply lubricant for rubber on the 2 vibration dampers (D4), the
vibration damper (L2) and pin (J2).
Fit the RH fairing (E) by inserting the following components in this
order:
- the rear pin (E2) in the vibration damper (L2);
- the 2 front pins (E3) in the 2 vibration dampers (D4);
- pin (J2) in the vibration damper (E10).
Start the screw (E7) securing the fairing support side bracket.
Tighten screw (E7) to the specified torque.
Insert the spacer with collar (E6) on screw (E5), orienting it as
shown in the figure, and start screw (E5) fastening the fairing
support lower bracket.
Tighten screw (E5) to the specified torque.
Start the 2 screws (E9) securing the headlight fairing and the
radiator unit on the front side.
Tighten the no.2 screws (E9) to the specified torque.
Fit no. 2 nylon washers (E4) on no. 2 screws (E8).
Start the 2 retaining screws (E8) to the headlight fairing.
Tighten the no.2 screws (E8) to the specified torque.
