Remontagem da carenagem esquerda
Aplique lubrificante para borracha nas 2 borrachas antivibrações
(D3), na borracha antivibrações (L1) e no pino (J1).
Monte a carenagem esquerda (C), inserindo na ordem:
- o perno traseiro (C12) na borracha antivibrações (L1);
- os 2 pernos dianteiros (C11) nas 2 borrachas antivibrações (D3);
- o pino (J1) na borracha antivibrações (C10).
Encoste o parafuso (C7) de fixação à braçadeira lateral de
sustentação da carenagem.
Aperte o parafuso (C7) ao binário indicado.
Introduza o espaçador com colar (C6) no parafuso (C5),
posicionando-o como mostrado na figura e encoste o parafuso (C5)
de fixação à braçadeira inferior de sustentação da carenagem.
Aperte o parafuso (C5) ao binário indicado.
Encoste os 2 parafusos (C9) de fixação dianteira à cúpula e ao
grupo radiadores.
Aperte os 2 parafusos (C9) ao binário indicado.
Insira as 2 anilhas de nylon (C4) nos 2 parafusos (C8).
Encoste os 2 parafusos (C8) de fixação à cúpula.
Aperte os 2 parafusos (C8) ao binário indicado.
Volte a montar o tubo de purga (H) na respetiva sede (C2) situada
na parte inferior da carenagem esquerda (C).

Refitting the LH fairing
Apply lubricant for rubber on the 2 vibration dampers (D3), the
vibration damper (L1) and pin (J1).
Fit the LH fairing (C) by inserting the following components in this
order:
- the rear pin (C12) in the vibration damper (L1);
- the 2 front pins (C11) in the 2 vibration dampers (D3);
- pin (J1) in the vibration damper (C10).
Start the screw (C7) securing the fairing support side bracket.
Tighten screw (C7) to the specified torque.
Introduce the spacer with collar (C6) on screw (C5), orienting it
as shown in the figure, and start screw (C5) fastening the fairing
support lower bracket.
Tighten screw (C5) to the specified torque.
Start the 2 screws (C9) securing the headlight fairing and the
radiator unit on the front side.
Tighten the no.2 screws (C9) to the specified torque.
Fit no. 2 nylon washers (C4) on no. 2 screws (C8).
Start the 2 retaining screws (C8) to the headlight fairing.
Tighten the no.2 screws (C8) to the specified torque.
Refit the breather pipe (H) to its seat (C2) placed on the lower part
of the LH fairing (C).
