Remontagem do depósito
Notas
Para uma vedação perfeita das tubagens de combustível,
aconselha-se a utilização de braçadeiras novas.
Posicione o depósito (L) na moto, prestando atenção para não o
danificar.
Insira as 2 braçadeiras (L8) nas extremidades do tubo (L9) e do
tubo (L10).
Ligue o tubo de drenagem (D4) ao tubo (L9) e fixe-os com a
braçadeira (L8).
Ligue o tubo de tubo de respiro/canister (D5) ao tubo (L10) e fixe-
os com a braçadeira (L8).
Ligue a conexão rápida (K1) de alimentação do combustível à
flange GAC, o conector (K2) à bomba de gasolina, o cabo de massa
(K3) e a ficha da ramificação da cablagem (K4) à tomada da sonda
de nível de combustível (L7), como mostrado no quadro.
Encoste o parafuso (L6) na fixação traseira do depósito (L).
Reposicione o suporte (L5) de fixação traseiro do depósito (L) e
encoste o parafuso (L4).
Aperte o parafuso (L6) e o parafuso (L4) ao binário indicado.
Atuando de ambos os lados da moto, reposicione os 2 flancos (M)
no depósito (L) inserindo os pinos (M2) nas borrachas antivibrações
(L3), como mostrado na figura (V1), prestando atenção para não
danificar os próprios flancos.
Encoste os 2 parafusos (M1) nos 2 flancos (M).
Aperte os 2 parafusos (M1) ao binário indicado.
Atenção
Durante a operação, certifique-se de que os cabos e os tubos não
fiquem esmagados entre o depósito (E) e o chassi da moto.

Refitting the tank
Notes
For a perfect seal of the fuel lines it is recommended to use new
clamps.
Reposition tank (L) on motorcycle, paying attention not to damage
it.
Insert the 2 clamps (L8) on the end of the pipe (L9) and the pipe
(L10).
Connect drain tube (D4) to the pipe (L9) and secure them using the
clamp (L8).
Connect breather tube/canister (D5) to the pipe (L10) and secure
them using the clamp (L8).
Connect the fuel supply quick coupling (K1) to the GAC flange,
the connector (K2) to the fuel pump, the ground cable (K3) and
the wiring branch plug (K4) from the fuel level sensor plug (L7), as
shown in the box.
Start screw (L6) on the tank (L) front retainer.
Reposition the bracket (L5) fastening the rear of the tank (L) and
start screw (L4).
Tighten screw (L6) and screw (L4) to the specified torque.
Working from both sides of the motorcycle, reposition the 2
side panels (M) on the tank (L) by inserting the pins (M2) on
the vibration dampers (L3), as shown in the figure (V 1), paying
attention not to damage the side panels themselves.
Start no. 2 screws (M1) on no. 2 side panels (M).
Tighten no.2 screws (M1) to the specified torque.
Warning
During the operation, make sure cables and hoses are not
squeezed between tank (L) and motorcycle frame.
