Rimontaggio serbatoio
Note
Per una perfetta tenuta delle tubazioni carburante è consigliabile
utilizzare fascette nuove.
Riposizionare il serbatoio (L) sul motoveicolo, prestando attenzione
a non rovinarlo.
Inserire le n.2 fascette (L8) sull'estremità del tubo (L9) e del tubo
(L10).
Collegare il tubo di drenaggio (D4) al tubo (L9) e fissarli mediante la
fascetta (L8).
Collegare il tubo di sfiato/canister (D5) al tubo (L10) e fissarli
mediante la fascetta (L8).
Collegare il raccordo rapido (K1) di alimentazione carburante
alla flangia GAC, il connettore (K2) alla pompa benzina, il cavo di
massa (K3) e la spina ramo cablaggio (K4) alla presa sonda livello
carburante (L7), come mostrato nel riquadro.
Impuntare la vite (L6) sul fissaggio anteriore serbatoio (L).
Riposizionare la staffa (L5) di fissaggio posteriore serbatoio (L) e
impuntare la vite (L4).
Serrare la vite (L6) e la vite (L4) alla coppia indicata.
Operando da entrambi i lati del motoveicolo, riposizionare i n.2
fianchetti (M) sul serbatoio (L) inserendo i pioli (M2) sui gommini
antivibranti (L3), come mostrato in figura (V1), prestando
attenzione a non danneggiare i fianchetti stessi.
Impuntare le n.2 viti (M1) sui n.2 fianchetti (M).
Serrare le n.2 viti (M1) alla coppia indicata.
Attenzione
Durante l'operazione, assicurarsi che i cavi e i tubi non rimangano
schiacciati tra il serbatoio (L) e il telaio del motoveicolo.

Refitting the tank
Notes
For a perfect seal of the fuel lines it is recommended to use new
clamps.
Reposition tank (L) on motorcycle, paying attention not to damage
it.
Insert the 2 clamps (L8) on the end of the pipe (L9) and the pipe
(L10).
Connect drain tube (D4) to the pipe (L9) and secure them using the
clamp (L8).
Connect breather tube/canister (D5) to the pipe (L10) and secure
them using the clamp (L8).
Connect the fuel supply quick coupling (K1) to the GAC flange,
the connector (K2) to the fuel pump, the ground cable (K3) and
the wiring branch plug (K4) from the fuel level sensor plug (L7), as
shown in the box.
Start screw (L6) on the tank (L) front retainer.
Reposition the bracket (L5) fastening the rear of the tank (L) and
start screw (L4).
Tighten screw (L6) and screw (L4) to the specified torque.
Working from both sides of the motorcycle, reposition the 2
side panels (M) on the tank (L) by inserting the pins (M2) on
the vibration dampers (L3), as shown in the figure (V 1), paying
attention not to damage the side panels themselves.
Start no. 2 screws (M1) on no. 2 side panels (M).
Tighten no.2 screws (M1) to the specified torque.
Warning
During the operation, make sure cables and hoses are not
squeezed between tank (L) and motorcycle frame.
