4.7 Montage van het kader bij

• Voorzie beide kolommen van de vrij-
staande Pivot-zijde van een extra steun.
Zorg ervoor dat de kolommen beschermd
zijn tegen (lak-) beschadiging tijdens
opspannen van de steunen. A
• Neem de bovenkap af van het Pivot-kader-
profiel aan muurzijde af zodat de sturing
zichtbaar wordt. B
• Ter hoogte van een L-knooppunt aan de
muur (zonder kolom) monteer je een speci-
ale hoekversterking op de kopse kanten
van het Pivot-kaderprofiel.
Dit gebeurt dmv 4 verzonken bouten DIN
7991 M8 x 25.
Deze dienen voor een vlotte montage van
het kader. C
• Plaats het Pivot-kaderprofiel aan de muur-
zijde op het muurprofiel en borg deze dmv
de schroeven M6 x 16.
Voorboren met Ø 5,5 mm. Maximum
afstand van 1000 mm tussen 2 bevesti-
gingspunten. D

• Prévoyez un support supplémentaire pour
les deux colonnes du côté pivot autopor-
tant. Veillez à protéger les colonnes de tout
dégât au laquage lorsque vous tendez les
supports. A
• Enlevez le couvercle du profil cadre
destiné au montage mural du côté Pivot de
manière à rendre visible la commande des
lames. B
• A l'emplacement d'une jonction en L au
mur (sans colonne), montez sur les bords
transversaux du profil d'encadrement côté
Pivot un renfort d'angle au moyen de
quatre boulons à tête fraisée DIN 7991
M8 x25.
Ceux-ci sont nécessaires pour un montage
aisé du cadre. C
• Placez le profil cadre Pivot pour le montage
mural sur le profil mural et fixez-le au
moyen de vis taraudeuses M6 x 16. Préfo-
rage de Ø 5,5 mm. Distance maximale de
1000 mm entre 2 points de fixation. D

• Versehen Sie beide Pfosten der freiste-
henden Pivot-Seite mit einer zusätzlichen
Stütze.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Pfosten beim
Befestigen der Stützen vor Beschädigun-
gen (am Lack) geschützt sind. A
• Entfernen Sie die obere Abdeckung vom
Pivot-Rahmenprofil an der Wandseite,
sodass die Steuerung sichtbar ist. B
• Auf Höhe einer L-Verbindung an der Wand
(ohne Pfosten) montieren Sie eine spezielle
Eckverstärkung an den Stirnseiten des
Pivot-Rahmenprofils.
Dies erfolgt mit 4 Senkschrauben
DIN 7991 M8 x 25.
Diese werden für eine schnelle Montage
des Rahmens angebracht. C
• Setzen Sie das Pivot-Rahmenprofil an der
Wandseite auf das Wandprofil und sichern
sie dieses mit den Schrauben M6 x 16.
Vorbohren mit ø 5,5 mm. Max. Abstand
von 1.000 mm zwischen 2 Befestigungs-
punkten. D

• Provide both columns of the detached Pivot-
side with an additional support. Make sure
the columns are protected against (paint-)
damage while clamping the support. A
• Remove the top cover from the Pivot frame
profile at the wall side, so that the control
is visible. B
• At the position of an L-node on the wall
(without column), you mount a special
angle reinforcement on the ends of the
Pivot-frame profile.
You do that using 4 DIN 7991 M8 x 25
countersunk bolts.
These ensure quick and smooth frame
mounting. C
• Install the wall-side Pivot frame profile onto
the wall profile and secure it with M6 x
16 screws.
Pre-drill Ø 5.5mm holes. Max. distance of
1000 mm between 2 fixation points. D
