5.1 START UP

Before turning on the central unit, check to see that you have completed the installation of ALL COMPONENTS.
When first switched on the unit will show "Rotating Mode", and values set by manufacturer on the display. (Fig. 5)
Use "MODE" button to toggle from "Rotating" Mode to "Reciprocating" Mode

5.2 SETTINGS

E ™ will store the operative parameters for each "program" as soon as they will be set by the user and they will be maintained in the
NDODUAL
memory even if the central unit will be switched off. For each "program" it is possible to set: speed, torque, ratio, type of auto-reverse,
values of the Angle in FWD and REV. To reset the parameters to the manufacturer ones (Software unit reset), press the "Mode" key
while the unit is switched on (Fig. 6).

5.3 TORQUE CALIBRATION

Perform torque calibration, press "Calib." key on front panel while holding the motor. This function check the contra-angle mechanical
inertia, in order to off-set this value. This operation will take a few seconds, the motor will run at different speed (Fig. 7)
Time of Calibration: about 8 sec. Do not perform any operation during calibration. Calibration should be done before each endo session or
anytime the contra-angle is changed or lubricated.
The file must not be engaged in any operation when this function is performed.

Do not perform calibration if the micromotor is not inserted in the receptacle on the front panel of the unit. In case of error,
perform a "System Reset" as described below.

5.4 PROGRAM SETTINGS ADJUSTMENT

a. Rotating mode
In every program has been set the same information by the manufacturer (Fig. 8):
 Ratio : 16:1
 Speed : 300 rpm
 Direction: FWD
 Torque: 0.5 Ncm
 "Special Autoreverse": ON
