Justage des Druckkopfes:
Belassen Sie das Material im Drucker.
1. Feststellschraube (1) am Druckkopf um eine halbe
Umdrehung lösen. Dies ist ausreichend, um den
Druckkopf nach vorn und hinten verschieben zu
können.
2. Durch Drehen der Schrauben (2) den Druckkopf unter
folgenden Bedingungen verschieben:
möglicher Verstellweg 2,5 mm,
Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn verschiebt Druckkopf
nach hinten (0,5 mm pro Umdrehung),
nur kleine Verstellungen vornehmen
(Viertelumdrehungen)!

Justierschrauben (2) zunächst
Hinweis
gleichmäßig verdrehen, bis eine
Seite des Druckbildes optimiert
ist, dann die Seite mit der
schlechteren Druckbildqualität
justieren.
3. Druckkopf nach jedem Justageschritt öffnen und
schließen! Erst dann wird die Verstellung vollständig
wirksam!
4. Feststellschraube (1) anziehen.
5. Probedruck durchführen (z.B. schwarzen Balken über
der gesamten Druckbreite).
6. Arbeitsschritte 1 bis 5 zyklisch bis zum optimalen
Druckbild durchführen!

Adjusting the Printhead
Leave the material in the printer.
1. Loosen the locking screw (1) on the printhead by half
a turn. This will allow for the required horizontal
movement of the printhead.
2. By turning the two screws underneath (2) you may
shift the printhead as follows:
The overall distance for adjusting is .1 in/2.5 mm.
By turning the screws clockwise, the printhead will
be shifted backwards (about .02 in/.5 mm per turn).
Adjust in small steps (quarter turns only)!

3. Note, that the printhead must be closed after every
single adjustment step to make the change effective.
4. Tighten the locking screw (1).
5. Perform a test print, for instance a wide black line over
the whole width of the label, and review the results.
6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 as necessary to complete the
adjustment.
