12. Sicherstellen, daß der Druckkopf richtig in den Stiften
geführt ist, dann Feststellschraube (1, Bild 12) mit Hand
leicht anziehen.
13. Hebel zur Druckkopfverriegelung entgegen dem Uhrzei-
gersinn schwenken und Druckkopf verriegeln.
14. Feststellschraube für Druckkopf festschrauben.
Schraube nicht überdrehen.
15. Druckkopfkabel in den Kabelhaltern (3) klemmen,
Steckverbinder auf die Leiterplatte aufstecken.
Druckkopfkabel
- muß straff gelegt sein,
- darf nicht an beweglichen

Teilen anliegen oder diese
behindern.
16. Gehäuse festschrauben.
17. Testausdruck machen, bei Bedarf Kopfjustierung
ausführen.
Normalerweise ist ein mechani-
sches Justieren beim Austausch
des Druckkopfes nicht erforder-

lich. Die Positionsstifte an der
Montageeinheit positionieren den
Druckkopf automatisch. Wenn der
neue Druckkopf jedoch mangel-
haft arbeitet, kann ein Justieren
erforderlich werden.

12. Make sure that the printhead is correctly set into the
positioning pins, then tighten printhead locking screw
(1, fig.12) slightly by hand.
13. Turn printhead locking lever counter-clockwise and
lock the printhead.
14. Tighten printhead mounting screw. Do not overtighten
the screw.
15. Attach the cable to the cable holders (3), plug
connector onto the PCB.
Printhead cable must:
- be tightened;

- not touch moving parts or
hinder them.
16. Replace the cover and tighten the cover screws.
17. Perform a test print. Adjust the printhead if necessary.
Normally, mechanical adjust-
ment is not necessary when
replacing the printhead. The

position of the printhead is
adjusted automatically by the
positioning pins. However, if the
new printhead performs poorly,
some adjustment may be
necessary.
