Problem
The kneading paddle
sticks inside the bread
pan after baking.
The bread is moist and
too soft.
The dough does not
get stirred, even with
the motor running.
The power fails while
a program is running.
Raisins, chocolate pel-
lets, fruits and similar
ingredients get crushed
in the appliance.
You cannot activate
the timer function. The
buttons TIME+ and
TIME– are inactive.
On the LCD screen, the
displayed time flashes.

Possible Reason
Remainders of dough clog the
drive shaft in the bread pan.
If the bread cools down in the
Bread Maker, it could become
moist due to condensate.
Kneading paddle and/or bread
pan are not installed proper-
ly.
You have selected a program
intended for fresh ingredients,
such as milk or eggs. The timer
function is not available with these
programs.
You have selected the program
BAKE or YOGHURT. With these
programs, you can adjust the pro-
cessing time.
Possible Reason
The temperature is too high.
The Solution
Add hot water to the bread pan and turn the kneading
paddle to loosen encrusted material underneath.
Take out the baked bread in time. Store your bread for
instance in a bread bin.
Make sure that the kneading paddle and bread pan are
positioned properly.
– In case of power failure for up to 10 minutes, the
bread maker will run the last implemented program
until completion, after being live again.
– On power failure for more than 10 minutes, you
must restart.
To avoid the chopping of ingredients such as fruit, add
these to the dough only after the signal is sounded.
The programs 6, 7, 10, and 11 do not allow any timer
operation. If suitable for your recipe, select another
program.
Press the buttons TIME+ and/or TIME– to adjust the
desired processing time. Alternatively, select another
program.
The Solution
Immediately press the START/STOP button to stop the
program, and unplug the appliance. Then open the lid
and let the Bread Maker cool down completely before
using it again.
