Function
For white and mixed breads mainly consisting of
wheat flour or rye flour. The bread has a compact
consistency.
For light breads made from fine flour. Normally the
bread is fluffy and has a crispy crust. Not suitable for
baking recipes requiring butter, marge or milk.
For breads with heavy varieties of flour that require
a longer phase of kneading and rising (for example,
whole wheat flour and rye flour). The bread will be
more compact and heavy.
Including time periods for kneading, rise and baking,
but rise with soda or baking powder.
For bread with additional ingredients (e.g. fruit jui-
ces, grated coconut, raisins, dry fruits, chocolate, or
sugar). Due to a longer phase of rising the bread will
be light and airy.
Kneading, rising and baking in a very fast way. But
the baked bread is the most rough among all bread
menus.
