11.1

Charging internal battery

The battery is used for data storage and has a service life of around 5 years when it is kept
charged. We thus advise switching the instrument on now and then to ensure the battery
remains operational during this time.
11.2

Changing blown fuses

11.2.1 RA-510M

– Switch the RA-510M off and disconnect power cable!
– Open the cover of the fuse holders (above the power cable socket) with a flat
screwdriver.
– Remove both fuse holders using the screwdriver.
– Replace the blown fuse(s), reinsert fuse holders (note direction of arrow) and
replace cover.

11.2.2 ASU-510

– Switch the ASU-510 off and disconnect power cable!
– Press in the knob of the fuse holder slightly using a screwdriver, turn one
quarter turn to the left and remove holder.
– Change the fuse, push in the holder, press in with a screwdriver and fasten by
turning one quarter turn to the right.
