– To clean the prism, use solvents which do not form hazardous mixtures
WARNING
– Empty the waste bottle before it is completely full!
Note: To check whether the prism is clean and dry, press the Reset key after the measure-
ment: If a refractive index is still shown or the message "Out of range" appears, we
advise rinsing the cell again with acetone and then drying it or simply "flushing" it with
dry air. When the prism is clean and dry, the message "No sample" appears.
