4. Initial handling
4.1 Transport and unloading
NOTICE!
» Assess the requirements and choose suitable lifting tools such as forklift, cranes
or hoists capable of safely moving the tool to and from elevated levels. Make sure
they have the necessary capacity and features for secure transportation.
» Consider the route from the unloading site to the location where the tool will
be used. Identify any potential obstacles or challenges along the way and plan
accordingly to ensure safe and efficient movement.
4.2 Unpacking
DANGER! Risk of injury!
» Keep packaging materials away from children and pets to avoid suffocation risks.
CAUTION! Risk of injury!
» Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, to protect
against splinters and cuts.
» Avoid exerting excessive force when handling the tool due to its weight. Use
appropriate equipment when unpacking or moving the tool.
NOTICE!
» The tool is shipped from the manufacturer in carefully packed crate. Should
any damage to the tool; be discovered after signing for the delivery, contact our
customer service team for immediate assistance. Always thoroughly examine all
parts of the shipment to ensure complete satisfaction with its condition.
» Carefully inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage, such as dents,
punctures or tears. Promptly contact our customer service team regarding any
significant issues. Make sure the delivery contents are complete and undamaged
before using the tool.
1. Carefully remove any nails, screws or straps securing the crate. Use the
appropriate tools, such as a crowbar or pry bar, to loosen and remove these
fasteners, being cautious not to damage the contents inside.
2. Remove all packing materials, such as bubble wrap or foam inserts, ensuring to
dispose of them responsibly.
3. With the assistance of others, lift the tool out of the crate using appropriate
lifting equipment or methods. Make sure that the tool is properly supported and
stabilised to prevent any shifting or falling.
4. Thoroughly inspect the tool for any visible damages, scratches or defects. Verify
that all expected parts and accessories are present and report any damage or
missing components to our customer service team.
5. Anchoring and assembly
WARNING! Tipping hazard!
» Make sure the tool is securely anchored to maintain stability and prevent accidents
during operation. Carefully follow the instructions and recommendations in
this manual for anchor type, capacity and installation. Neglecting to anchor the
tool correctly may result in instability, increased risks of tipping or toppling and
potential harm to individuals or surrounding property.
WARNING! Risk of injury!
» Before starting the tool's assembly, make sure the tool is disconnected from the
power source to prevent accidental activation and reduce the risk of electrical
shock or injuries.
NOTICE!
» Make sure there is sufficient clearance around the tool to allow the full range of
motion of the tool's arms without obstruction or creating any pinch points.
» Perform a thorough inspection of the assembled components, checking for any
loose connections, misalignments or abnormalities before operating the tool.
This includes checking all fasteners, bolts and screws to ensure they are properly
tightened and secure. Any issues or discrepancies should be addressed promptly
and resolved before using the tool.
1. Mount the support base (22) to a workbench or other stable surface using the four
supplied M10 bolts (Fig. A).

2. Loosen the fixing bolt on the height adjustment collar (24) using a hex key (Fig. B).
3. Slide the height adjustment collar (24) up or down the support column (23) to the
desired height. Tighten the fixing screw securely to lock the collar in place (Fig. B).

4. Place the support arm (21) on the support column (23) (Fig. C).
