Electrical Hazards
DANGER – High Voltage
There is an immediate risk of fatal injury in case of contact with live parts. In
case of damage to the insulation, disconnect the device from the power source
immediately and arrange for a qualified specialist to carry out repair
WARNING – High Leakage Current
Earth connection essential before connecting supply.
Warning: This is a Class A product. In a domestic environment, this product may
cause radio interference, in which case the user may be required to take adequate
measures.
Never attempt to bypass or deactivate fuses.
Keep moisture away from live parts.
In case of water damage disconnect the device from its power source.
Danger due to electrostatic charge. The device must not be operated in a potential-
ly explosive atmosphere.
Switch device off completely and disconnect from power source before conducting
any work on the electrical system as well as before any maintenance and repair work.
Any work on electrical components may only be carried out by qualified special-
ists. This applies especially for any work on components inside the control cabinet.
Chemical Hazards
CAUTION – Toxic Fumes
Never clean the print bed with solvent-based detergents. They may produce
toxic fumes when heated.
CAUTION – Toxic Fumes
Unauthorized filaments can produce vapors with harmful health effects. Exclu-
sive use of printing materials approved in the operating instructions.
CAUTION – Toxic Chemicals
Contaminant intake: Do not eat at the working place. Do not eat, drink, or smoke
at the machine working space. Wash hands before breaks and after working with
the machine.
Make sure that the working environment is sufficiently ventilated during the print-
ing process.
Always observe the material safety data sheet (SDS) associated with the filament!
If necessary, appropriate extraction must be provided in accordance with coun-
try-specific requirements.
