3.4. Temperature Controllers
The BigRep STUDIO has a built-in temperature control unit.
With the left controller the temperature of the left filament chamber can be dis-
played and changed within preset limits, with the middle controller the same for
the right filament chamber.
The upper value indicates the actual temperature, the lower value the target tem-
perature. The target temperature can be changed using the arrow keys.
The right controller displays the current temperature of the installation space. This
value cannot be changed. The lower value indicates the temperature at which the
fan is turned on at the rear of the printer.

3.6. Slicing Software
The slicing software enables you to generate a digital 3D model of the object you
would like to print. The slicing software converts this model into data for the print-
er, i.e. provides a code for the printer. For the slicing software, the General Terms
and Conditions of the respective manufacturer apply.
With BigRep BLADE, BigRep provides a slicing software specially developed for
BigRep 3D printers. You will find further information at [bigrep.com/blade/].
Please use the factory files authorized by BigRep. They contain all relevant default
settings. You can also obtain the factory files via the support center.
The manufacturer will not assume any liability for damages caused by incorrect
configuration of the slicing software. Only use factory files authorized by BigRep.
Please contact customer service [support.bigrep.com] if you have questions re-
garding the suitability of individual slicing software.
