6. Graphical User Interface
6.1. Introduction
The BigRep STUDIO is operated via the BigRep User Interface (graphical user inter-
face, GUI – referred to as the interface here) on the touchscreen.
This chapter explains the menu structure as well as individual control panels.
Detailed descriptions of the individual steps are provided in the following chapter.
6.2. Menu Items
The BigRep User Interface will automatically open when the machine is switched on.
The printer interface has five main menus that can be opened by tapping on the
buttons available on the bottom of the screen.
Print Menu
When the interface is launched, the screen will display the Print Menu by default.
The Print Menu shows the status of the current print, the approximate printing
time and the estimated remaining print time.
Print files (G-code files) can be loaded via the file manager.
