WARNING! Work that is carried out incorrectly can cause serious injury and dam-
age. Installation must only be carried out by trained and qualified personnel. Ob-
serve the safety regulations in the operating instructions, paying particular
attention to the section entitled "Safety inspection".
Position the laser welding head so that the laser optics system is vertical and as easily
accessible as possible
Disconnect the fibre optic cable from the laser optics system as per the laser optics
system operating instructions
Place the protective cover onto the laser optics system
Disconnect the Crossjet outlet air hose

Remove Allen screws (1) and (2)

Push the spatter guard sheet (3) back

and remove
Unscrew the extraction pipe (4)
