Save the position as a reference pro-

Document the gap between the wire

ser along both the x- and y-axes as per

the scale marked on the gauge
Fit the Robacta Drive robot hosepack

Thread the wire electrode up to the

On the welding torch of the laser wel-

ding head, set the appropriate stick out
for the application in question
Check the position of the wire electro-

de with respect to the focal spot of the

laser:
the position of the wire electrode must
correspond to the documented values
for the scale on the gauge.
If necessary, correct the position of the

wire electrode in relation to the focal
spot of the laser using the x and y ad-
justing devices
