The M2Longrange is described below. It is a plug-in module for scanning 1D and 2D barcodes up to a
distance of approx. 17 meters. The module can be used for the upper plug-in sliding mechanism.

25.6.4.2 Warning and Safety Notices
Removal of the plug-in module on the upper plug-slide mechanism
of the device:
Please do not reach into the area around the scanner glass of the
main device; there is a risk of injury due to pinching when sliding.
CAUTION
The scanner glass can also be soiled in the process.
The maximum permissible ambient temperatures for the modules
are listed below.

Do not release the scanner directly into the
eyes of a person in the immediate vicinity, or with them
themselves, since this damages the retina of the eyes
