6.2 Calibration of level sensor

The water level in the collecting tank must be set on
the potentiometer on the control panel using a
screwdriver, see fig. 14. The water level is set in
10 cm steps which are indicated optically and acous-
tically.

Proceed as follows:
1. Carefully remove the rubber plug from the poten-
tiometer and keep it in a safe place.
2. Turn the potentiometer approx. 45° (the calibra-
tion mode is activated).
3. Turn the potentiometer until the previously meas-
ured maximum water depth in the collecting tank
is indicated.
4. Refit the rubber plug.
Indication:
Metre = The indicator light in question is permanently
on.
Decimetre = The indicator light is flashing.
Example:
Maximum water depth in tank: 1.70 metres.
Water level indication = The 10% indicator light is
permanently on and the 70% light is flashing.
• Press the "Reset" button once.
- The set value will then be stored. The actual
water level in the collecting tank is indicated in
%.

6.3 Start-up via collecting tank

Start-up via the collecting tank is only possible when
• the water level is at least 30%; fill water into the
tank as required,
• the unit has been started up via the mains water
supply,
• the water depth has been set exactly/the level
sensor has been calibrated.
Proceed as follows:
1. Set the unit to "Auto" by pressing the button,
pos. 10, fig. 15.
2. Wait for approx. 10 seconds.
- The changeover in the unit takes about 10 sec-
onds.
3. Open the points of consumption, e.g. water
closet, tap.
- Due to the pressure drop, the pump starts auto-
matically and will start to self-prime. If the prim-
ing has not been completed within 1 minute, the
pump will stop automatically. After 30 minutes,
the priming procedure is repeated automati-
cally.
4. By pressing the "On/Off" button, the waiting time
of 30 minutes can be skipped so that the pump
restarts immediately.
Proceed as follows:
- Press the button once to reset the alarm indica-
tion.
- Press the button again to start the pump.
5. Close the connected points of consumption as
soon as airless water starts running out.
6. Refit the front part of the cabinet.
The system is now ready for operation.
