Unscrew the suction and pressure valve ( Fig. 23 ,

Remove the venting screw
3.
Remove the cover plate
4.
Loosen the pump head screws
5.
Remove the pump head
6.
Unscrew and remove the diaphragm
7.
Take out the intermediate plate
8.
Remove the protective diaphragm from the plunger
9.
Fit the new protective diaphragm in the correct position.
10. Place the intermediate plate so the venting outlet
11. Screw in the new diaphragm and tighten by hand.
12. Place the pump head so the venting outlet
13. Tighten the pump head screws by hand and tighten with a torque wrench.
14. Replace the cover plate.
15. Replace the venting screw (only if changing the pump head).
16. Suction and pressure valve correctly (
correctly' on page 63 ) and tighten with a torque wrench.
