Setting the burner

Observe the applicable operating manual of the
burner manufacturer as well as all information on
the burner from the tableMalfunctions during op-

Adjust the burner head
Check the burner head setting regularly. If neces-
sary, the burner head can be readjusted using the
adjusting screw.
Adjust the combustion air
a) Loosen the lock nut on the combustion air ad-
justing screw.

b) Adjust the combustion air at the adjusting
screw from below using a screwdriver.
c) Perform a Exhaust gas analysis
You have now adjusted the combustion air.
Set pump pressure
a) Screw the pressure gauge (article no.
4000005) to the connection.
b) Use a screwdriver to adjust the pressure on
the pump pressure adjustment screw.
NOTICE! Turning to the right increases the
pressure, turning to the left decreases the
pressure.
c) Perform a Exhaust gas analysis
You have set the pump pressure.

Exhaust gas analysis
a) Drill a hole at a height of 400 mm with a di-
ameter of 8 mm into the exhaust gas duct.
