13.4 Warranty
In general, the "General Terms and Conditions of
Sale and Delivery" of DANTHERM GmbH shall
apply. The prerequisite for claiming the statutory
liability for material defects within the first two
years (1 year for commercial use) from the date of
purchase is the intended use. Wear parts (oil noz-
zle, oil filter) are excluded from the warranty.
