TRAVEL DRIVE BELT
BELT INSPECTION AND TENSIONING
Regularly check the tension of the travel drive belt. The belt is mounted on the output engine belt pulley and
the input hydraulic circuit pump belt pulley.
The belt (1) is tensioned using pulley (2) with a draw spring.

The belt deflection when tensioned must not exceed 2 cm. If the deflection is greater, then it is

ATTENTION: Do not over-tension the belt above this level, this will reduce its lifetime and may also

correctly adjusted!

REPLACING THE DRIVE BELT

Park the mower on an even surface.

Turn off the engine and engage the parking brake.

Open the hood.

Remove the universal-shaft drive belt (

Remove the stop (1) of the electromagnetic clutch (2).

Loosen the tensioning belt pulley (3), release the pump holder (4) and slide it towards the engine.

Remove the old belt from the mower and slide on a new belt.

Tension the new belt as described in the previous chapter

ATTENTION: After tensioning the tensioning pulley, the belt should not have a deflection greater than
2 cm!
Put the universal-shaft drive belt back on and secure the electromagnetic clutch stop.

REPLACING BULBS OF THE FRONT HEADLIGHTS
