REAR PLATE AND SMALL CHUTE
Assemble the rear plate and the small chute:
Screw the side plates (1) and (2) to the plate using flat head bolts M8×12 and nuts.

Assemble the holder (1) and the full grass catcher flap (3) and mount them using the bolt (2).
ƒ
Slide the holder into the holes (4) in the rear plate and from the other side mount the flap using
ƒ
bolts (5).
Insert the full grass catcher sensor (2) into the hole (1).
ƒ
Put the cover (3) on to the sensor and fasten it using the pins (4).
ƒ
Mount the flap (2) to the bottom part of the small chute (1) using the shaft with retainer rings (3).
ƒ
Bolt the small chute to the plate (1) using two self-tapping bolts (2) and four silent-blocks (3) with nuts.
ƒ
Into the bottom holes insert two chute springs (4).
ƒ
CONNECTING THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS AND INSTALLATION
OF THE REAR PLATE
Attach the hydraulic cylinders for lifting and lowering the grass catcher:
Partially raise the lifting arms (1) use pins to secure the hydraulic cylinders (2) in the beam.

Secure both cylinders in place using spring rings.
ƒ
In the event that it is necessary to adjust the position of the plate relative to the frame, it is possible to
slide the tube bracket (3) after loosening bolts (4) on both sides of the tube.
Mount the assembled rear plate with the small chute to the rear part of the mower:
Insert the rear plate into the mower so that the small chute slides into the grass ejection chute,

which is mounted on the mowing deck.
Slide both arms (1) for lifting/lowering the grass catcher on to pins (2) of the side metal sheets of
ƒ
the rear plate and secure in place using a washer ans a spring ring.
In the event that it is necessary to adjust the parallel alignment of the plate with the lifting frame, use
the stirrups and bolts (3) on the bottom lifting arms.
Put the linear motor (1) against the bracket (2) and secure it in place using pins and two cotters.

Connect the cable of the linear motor to the cable of the grass catcher. Guide the wire bundle from
ƒ
the grass catcher through the grommet (4) and secure it in place by pulling it tight under the metal
sheet in the plate. Ensure that there is a sufficiently long wire bundle arch between its secured
position and the lifting frame, i.e. the arm moves and could crimp the bundle.
Remove the cover (1) of the sensor (2) by rotating the click-in (3) by 90° and connect the electrical

bundle to the sensor. Remount the cover.
