MAIN POWER SWITCH

The main power switch serves to start up and turn off the engine and to turn on the headlights. It has the
following positions:
* These abbreviations are used as substitutes for the symbols in the user's manual.
If the ignition key is in the LIGHTS or ON position and the driver is not present in the seat, an
acoustic signal will be made (a long beep) as a warning to the driver.
MOWING DECK HEIGHT CONTROL KNOB
The control knob serves to set the height of the mowing deck from the ground.
TURTLE / RABBIT POSITION
The turtle/rabbit position change the travel speed of the mower and engage or disengage the differential on
the driven wheels.
Symbol
Ignition is turned off, the engine is not running.
If the engine is running then turning the ignition
key to this position will turn the engine off.
Turn on the headlights on the hood.
Switching to this position will turn
on the headlights.
Ignition is turned off.
Headlights are turned off.
Starting up the engine.
Once the engine starts up, release the key. The
key will automatically return to the ON position.
The control knob has 6 work positions, which correspond to a mowing height
in the range 8.5 cm from the set default position of the mowing deck above
the ground. The default height can be changed by adjusting the lifting draw
bar in the range from 1.5 to 4.5 cm. The procedure is described later in this
user's manual. The position of the mowing deck can be changed both during
and before travel.
Level 1 = lowest mowing height.
Level 6 = highest mowing height and simultaneously the transport position.
Turtle mode: It is used for mowing. The travel speed is 0–10 km/h and the
differential on the driven wheels is functional. 100% force is transferred to
the wheels.
Rabbit mode: It is used for travel without mowing. The travel speed of the
mower is 0–20 km/h and the differential on the driven wheels is locked (the
rear wheels are self-lock connected). 50% force is transferred to the wheels.
ATTENTION: Only toggle the modes when the mower is at a standstill
(do not travel with the mower).
