The maximum fullness status of the grass catcher is the condition before the grass starts to accumulate
in the ejection chute.
The condition of vegetation also changes over time (morning / evening).

AUTOMATIC / MANUAL MODE

The position of the AUT/MAN switch determines the behaviour of the mowing deck when the grass catcher is full.
MAN position
When the grass catcher is full, the full indication is activated. The mowing deck continues to run and it is
necessary to turn it off manually.
ATTENTION: If you continue to mow with a full grass catcher then mowed grass may accumulate in
the ejection chute.
AUT position
When the grass catcher is full, the full indication is activated. The mowing deck will automatically turn off to
prevent grass from accumulating in the ejection chute.
DUMPING THE GRASS CATCHER
Reverse the mower into the grass dumping location so that it is possible to lift the grass catcher.

Lift the grass catcher to the necessary height.
ƒ
Slowly reverse as close above the area where the grass will be dumped.
ƒ
Open the grass catcher. To dump the contents out of the grass catcher as completely as possible, it is
ƒ
possible to "jerk" it up and down.
Close the grass catcher and drive away from the grass dumping location.
ƒ
Lower the grass catcher down.
ƒ
ATTENTION: When the grass catcher is raised, the stability of the mower is affected, drive and turn
slowly.

5.9 EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

CLOGGING OF THE EJECTION CHUTE
When mowing speed and the type of vegetation is not adjusted for, or if the full grass catcher sensor is not
properly set, it is possible that the ejection chute may clog. A chute that is clogged or has its diameter reduced with
accumulated material does not perform its function. If this happens, it is necessary to clean it out mechanically.
Raise the grass catcher.

Turn off the mower and engage the parking brake.
ƒ
Get off the driver's seat and using an appropriate implement (we recommend the SECO scraper), remove
ƒ
the grass and accumulated material in the chute.
To perfectly clean out the chute, it is possible to take it out of the mower without using any tools:
Loosen the bolt of the sliding part and slide it in or out as necessary:

- part extended out = light, dry grass or leaves
- part retracted = heavy wet grass
