2 TECHNICAL INFORMATION
2 1 USE
CORRECT USE
This riding mower is intended for professional communal users, owners of grounds/facilities and private individuals
and is used for mowing grass areas with a maximum vegetation height of 25 cm, e.g. parks, gardens, sports
fields, and on slopes that have an incline of up to 12° (21 %), on which there are no foreign objects (fallen
branches, stones, rigid objects, etc.).
IMPROPER USE
Any use of this riding mower, which is not described in this user's manual and which goes beyond the use here
described is considered to be in contradiction to its intended purpose or use. The manufacturer of the mower
is not responsible for damages arising from such use; the risk is borne by its user.
Incorrect use of the mower also includes its operation, maintenance and repairs by untrained or unauthorised
persons, the use of unapproved accessories, operation of the mower with a malfunction or fault, and operating it
with removed, modified or non-functioning safety elements. The use of unauthorised accessories will, furthermore,
result in the warranty becoming immediately null and void.
2.2 MAIN PARTS AND DESCRIPTION
(1) DRIVER'S LOCATION
The driver's location is optimised for long term use of the mower and enables easy access to all
control elements. The comfortable driver's seat enables the setting of the distance from the steering
wheel, armrest adjustment and suspension hardness adjustment. The comfort of the user is further
improved by the angle and height of the steering wheel being adjustable to personal preferences.
(2) FAIRING
The fairing is a combination of plastic moulded parts and metal covers that cover the engine,
electrical and mechanical components of the mower, whilst concurrently providing outstanding
visibility for the driver. The floor comprises of an anti-slip aluminium design. The headlights in the
fairing are intended for night and day illumination and are certified as roadworthy. The fairing also
contains compartments for small items.
(3) BALLAST
The ballast is mounted on the load-bearing frame of the mower. If applies weight to the front part
of the mower for better traction of the wheels and stability of the mower when dumping out the
grass catcher.
(4) PROTECTIVE FRAME
The ROPS protective frame is mounted to the grass catcher lifting mechanism and is intended to
lessen the consequences of the mower being involved in a roll-over accident.
(5) GRASS CATCHER MECHANISM
The mechanism provides continuous lifting of the grass catcher to a height and its opening in any
position, which enables grass to be dumped directly on the ground or on to a trailer or another
collection point.
(6) GRASS CATCHER
Large-volume grass catcher. Its full status is monitored by an adjustable sensor that offers automatic
mowing deck shut-off or acoustic signal indication for the driver. The driver controls the dumping
process from their seat using a controller.
(7) FUEL TANK
Enables easy refilling of fuel and verification of the fuel level. The fuel tank has capacity for at
least a single work shift, which increases the operational radius of the mower and saves time on
filling up the fuel tank.
(8) MOWING DECK
The dual-rotor mowing deck with timed blades mows and collects the grass. It is supplemented
by a suitable selected ejection chute which ensures that grass does not accumulate anywhere
else than the grass catcher.
