•
In the parliamentary menu you can select between public
and secret voting.
•
Using button 5 "back" returns you to the main menu.
•
For public voting button 1 must be pressed.
•
The public vote menu is displayed.
•
The LEDs of the buttons 2 to 4 of the MCS 1038 will flash.
•
Using button 2, 3 or 4 the chairman is voting and the LED of
the pressed button is illuminated permanently after voting.
•
Unless button 5 "Stop" of the MCS 1038 is pressed, a change
of vote is still possible by pressing another button. The LED
of the corresponding button is illuminated.
•
When voting is initiated, the "Present-LED" of button 1 of
the MCS 1036 delegate microphone unit will flash.
•
This button has to be pressed first to confirm the presence of
the delegate.
•
When button 1 was pressed, then the LEDs of buttons 2 to 4
of the MCS 1036 will flash.
•
The delegate is voting by pressing button 2, 3 or 4. The LED
of the chosen button is illuminated permanently after the
voting.
•
Unless button 5 "Stop" of the MCS 1038 is pressed, a chan-
ge of vote is still possible by pressing another button. The
LED of the corresponding button is illuminated.
•
If the chairman presses button 1 of the MCS 1038 the
"Voting paused" menu will appear.
•
The LED of button 1 will flash.
