Setting up
When the MCS 100 is switched on the MCS 1036 and MCS 1038 microphone units are ready for operation. The main menu
appears in the display of the MCS 1038.

Important:
The address of the MCS 1038 must be set to 1 = switches in
"000000" code. Refer also to chapter "1.3 Addressing the
Microphone Units" on page 37.
•
In the main menu of the MCS 1038 the chairman has the
choice between "Voting", "Request-to-talk" or "Next".
•
When button 1 is pressed the voting menu is entered.
•
In the voting menu button 1 must be pressed to enter the
parliamentary menu.
