Reset fault

General note: As long as the stop circuit is open, e.g. by opening safety doors,
the error reset (also GUI) is ignored, i.e. the control remains in the error state.
With closed safety door the self-acknowledging error "Stop circuit open" is reset.
9.6.1

Reset fault with WC

• With "Reset fault with WC" (GUI or IO field) an attempt is made to reset a
pending error message. If the system is error free, the error status of the
system is reset.
• No reweld schedule is started.
• The output update contact is only set if the "Start 1" signal is present and the
welding cycle is not active.
9.6.2

Reset fault with reweld 1

• With "Reset fault with reweld" (GUI or IO field), an attempt is made to reset
pending error states and a point repetition is carried out when the start signal is
present.
• The reweld parameters are set in the PRI7000 Error Configuration.
• If the start signal is not set, only the error reset is performed.
• The error reset is only accepted by the controller if the input "No start inhibit " is
set.
• If the input is missing, neither the additional sequence is started nor an error is
cleared.
• Reweld is blocked if the reweld block is activated for at least one of the errors.
• If an "Reset fault with reweld" is nevertheless triggered via the I/O field or the
user interface, this command is treated like an "Reset fault without WC".
• In this case, an additional warning "Reweld blocked" is set and logged.
• The number of automatic rewelds is determined by the smallest number
configured within the pending errors.
9.6.3

Reset fault with reweld 2

This input of the IO field corresponds to the function of the signal "Reset fault with
reweld 1".
9.7

End of component

Function description:
• When a rising edge occurs at the "End of component" input, the global actual
value Q stop (component) counter is reset.
• After resetting, the "Acknowledgement end of component" fieldbus output is set
as long as the End of component input signal is present.
