Description
• On the status outputs (A1.01-A1.04) belonging to electrode
maintenance, the status is displayed over all electrodes.
• After setting the input "Query tip state", the inputs of the spot selection
are interpreted as electrode number.
• The status of the individual electrode is then set on the status outputs.
Changing the electrode number must be confirmed with a positive
edge on input "New spot selection".
• This is followed by the status outputs of the electrode number.
• This signal is used to indicate to the control that the requested tip
dressing has been performed.
• This signal acknowledges the changing of an electrode / tip.
• The counters of the active selected electrode are reset accordingly
with the edge of this signal and a (start) tip dress request is made.
• Note: After the change, a defined tip setting and a position reset
(measurement) of the electrode must take place in the undressed
state.
• The inputs of the spot selection are interpreted as the electrode
number of the electrode to be acknowledged.
• The "Query tip state" input must be set accordingly and a valid
electrode number must be activated.
• A reset via the input or the command "Reset fault with reweld" is only
accepted by the controller if the input "No start inhibit" is set.
• If the input is missing, neither the additional sequence is started nor
an error is deleted.
• Note: As long as the stop circuit is open, e.g. by opening safety doors,
the error reset (also GUI) is ignored, i.e. the control remains in the
error state. With the safety door closed, this self-acknowledging error
(Stop circuit open) is reset.
• The reweld is blocked if the reweld lock is activated for at least one of
the errors. If a "Reset fault with reweld" is nevertheless triggered via
the I/O field or the GUI, this command is treated like a "Reset fault
without WC". In this case, an additional warning "Reweld locked" is
set and logged.
• The number of automatic rewelds is determined by the smallest
number configured within the pending errors.
