How to Use by Front Panel
X.XXE-YYmBar: indicates the pressure currently measured by the
gauge.
Other possible indications:
P
Where:
GAUGE_ERROR: gauge not connected or broken
P
Where:
PRESS UNDER: indicates that the pressure read is below the
minimum measurement threshold set (5 E-9 mBar)
P
Where:
PRESS OVER: indicates that the pressure measured is above the
maximum measurement threshold set (1000 mBar)
The unit of measurement of the pressure can be selected (GAUGE
menu→Unit) from "mBar","Pa","torr"
Pressing 4 times returns to the following screen page:

Where:
NORMAL: indicates the operating regime of the pump
XXXHz: see description "Pressing once" Measures key
The operating mode of the controller is shown at the bottom in the
center. This may be:
