Be careful of the following items during maintenance.

(1) Store the wheelchair with the battery detached.

INFORMAtION
When not using the wheelchair for a long period, discharge the battery com-
pletely.
(2) Wipe off any water drops with a dry towel after traveling on a wet road
surface after the rain. Leaving the wheelchair wet can cause it to rust.
(3) Wipe off dirt or spots with a tightly wrung-out towel.

Never spray water directly onto the wheelchair. This can cause malfunctioning
of electrical parts.
(4) Store the wheelchair indoor where there is less humidity.

Do not store the wheelchair where it is subject to rain, direct sunlight, or high
humidity. This can cause malfunction.
(5) Avoid storing the battery in places with high temperatures.

Do not leave the battery inside the car for a long period of time in direct sun-
light.
