Brakes

Test brakes.

Check brake lining.
Check the brake fluid level in the compensation tank and top up if

necessary.

Check brake mechanism, adjust and lubricate if necessary.

Check water component of brake fluid and replace if necessary.
Electrical System

Test displays and controls.
Test warning and safety devices in accordance with operating

instructions.

Check fuse ratings.
4
Test micro switch and adjust if necessary.
5
Check contactors and/or relays.
6
Carry out a frame leakage test.
7
Test cable and motor attachments.
Check electric wiring for damage [insulation damage, connections].

Make sure wire connections are secure.

Test Emergency Disconnect switch.
Power Supply

Check battery and battery components.
Check battery cable connections are secure, grease terminals if

necessary.

Check acid density and battery voltage.
Check battery connector for damage, test it and make sure it is

secure.
Travel

Check the transmission for noise and leakage.
Check transmission oil level or grease filling of the transmission and

top up if necessary.

Check wheel suspension and attachment.
4
Replace transmission oil.
Check the wheels for wear and damage. Make sure they are tight
5
and check the compressed air if necessary.
