Customer Service

4.2.1 Standard equipment
Brakes
1 Test brakes.
2 Check connections and lines for leaks.
3 Check brake mechanism, adjust and lubricate if necessary.
4 Check the brake oil level (mineral oil)
5 Replace brake system mineral oil.
Electrical System
1 Test displays and controls.
Test warning and safety devices in accordance with operating

instructions.
3 Check fuse ratings.
4 Test micro switch and adjust if necessary.
5 Check contactors and/or relays.
6 Carry out a frame leakage test.
7 Test cable and motor attachments.
Check electric wiring for damage [insulation damage, connections].

Make sure wire connections are secure.
9 Test Emergency Disconnect switch.
10 Test fan and check for dirt and damage.
Power Supply
1 Check battery and battery components.
Check battery cable connections are secure, grease terminals if

necessary.
3 Check acid density and battery voltage.
Check battery connector for damage, test it and make sure it is
4
secure.
Travel
1 Check transmission for noise and leakage
Check transmission oil level or grease filling of the transmission and
2
top up if necessary.
3 Check wheel suspension and attachment.
4 Replace transmission oil.
Check the wheels for wear and damage. Make sure they are tight
5
and check the compressed air if necessary.
6 Test motor fan and check for damage.
7 Clean suction filter of engine fan.
