Securing the truck for transport
Requirements
– Position the truck securely on a lorry or trailer, (see "Parking the truck securely" on
page 70).
Tools and Material Required
– 2 tensioning belts with tensioner
– Retaining wedges.
Procedure
• Secure the truck with the tensioning belt (44) at the top cross member of the
mast (3) and the trailer coupling (12) or over the overhead guard (2) and the trailer
coupling (12).
• Tighten the tensioning belt (44) with the tensioner (45).
The truck is now secured for transport.
