Chassis and Superstructure
1 Check mast attachment / mounting.
2 Check doors and/or covers.
3 Check the attachment of the counterweight.
Check overhead guard and / or cab are secure and check for

damage.
5 Check condition of the driver's seat.
6 Test the driver's seat restraint system and check for damage.
7 Check labels are legible and complete.
8 Check chassis and screw connections for damage.
9 Check trailer coupling or tow mechanism stop.
10 Test the battery cover gas pressure springs and check for damage
11 Check operator mat and steps are non-slip and damage-free.
12 Check attachment and setting function of the driver's seat.
Hydraulic operations
Check settings and wear levels of slide pieces and stops and adjust

the slide pieces if necessary.
Visually inspect the mast rollers and check contact surface wear
2
level.
Check lateral clearance of the mast connections and the fork
3
carriage.
4 Check the load chain setting and tension if necessary.
5 Check forks or load handler for wear and damage.
6 Check mast tilt.
7 Test hydraulic system.
Check that hydraulic ports, hose and pipe lines are secure, check for
8
leaks and damage.
Check cylinders and piston rods for damage and leaks, and make
9
sure they are secure.
10 Check hydraulic oil level and top up if necessary.
11 Check the tilt cylinders and mounting.
12 Test emergency lowering system.
Test "hydraulic" controls and make sure the labels are present,
13
legible and complete.
14 Test relief valve and adjust if necessary.
15 Replace hydraulic oil.
