Wiper/washer system
Chassis and Superstructure
1 Test windscreen wipers and check for damage, replace if necessary.
Check the wiper water container for leaks and check the volume, top

up if necessary.
Fork adjuster
Hydraulic operations
Check attachment is properly secured to the truck and the

supporting elements.
Attachment: check bearing points, guides and stops for wear and
2
damage, grease and clean these components.
3 Check the cylinder piston rods and bushings.
4 Test the hose reel and check for leaks and damage.
5 Test the fork positioner and check for damage.
6 Test attachment, check settings and check for damage.
7 Check cylinder seals.
8 Check the sliding blocks are complete.
Check the axial play of the front and rear rollers and adjust if
9
necessary.
10 Check hydraulic ports and tighten if necessary.
11 Attachment: clean and lubricate.
Access module
Electrical System
1 Test access module, check for damage and make sure it is secure.
Optional equipment
Chassis and Superstructure
Check that optional equipment such as mirrors, storage
1 compartments, grips, windscreen wipers and washing systems etc.
are working correctly and check for damage.
